Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open your iPhone's Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find TeamTask and tap Cancel Subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the TeamTask app, tap Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Your messages, notifications, and personal profile data are removed within 30 days.
I'm having trouble logging in.
If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email hello@teamtask.team with the email address you signed up with.
How do I invite my team?
Open the app, tap Settings โ Team, then tap Invite. Share the join code with your crew โ they enter it on the welcome screen after creating their own account.
